Opened originally as a commercial kitchen, this Vegan food start-up re-purposed a vacant restaurant as a Vegan Cafe to test new menu items to be sold to specialty grocery stores within the region.

This location was larger than their former retail space which they shared with Sisters U, a women's organization, and both tenants were crowding each other out as both successfully have grown.
A key to Chimayo's success has been the creation of events within their beautiful space that includes Adult Painting, children's art programs, community fundraisers and more. They have a full itinerary of events and activities which keep the space full and engaged with the community.

The Main Street Hatboro Annual Model Train Show is an annual Hatboro Holiday tradition. It draws over 1,000 model train enthusiasts, collectors and families.
The Model Train Show Committee and the Main Street Hatboro Board of Directors work throughout the year to plan and manage this timeless event. Funds are used for special community projects, historic restoration, Main Street improvements and more.

Where is Perkasie? Part of Perkasie's charm is that it is an untouched Victorian community. The challenge for Town Center businesses is drawing enough foot traffic to its stores. As Perkasie is rebuilding its Town Center District it is important to help visitors find the town.
Way finding signs were found, paid for ten years ago, in the basement of the local sign shop. The signs were then strategically placed along Route 313 guiding motorists to Perkasie.

We persuaded the property owner to hire a commercial realtor to list the space. Working closely with the realtor we found a new tenant and guided them through the process of opening a new business.
Pomodorino - New Business - Perkasie, PA - 2016
Gourmet Italian restaurant and pizza shop
Located in one of Perkasie's two shopping centers, this location had been vacant for over two years. Its owners, a husband and wife team, had previously been partners in a high-end Italian restaurant in Peddler's Village. They were friends of the former restaurant owners in this location who had moved their restaurant business to Collegeville.
In a marketing survey performed while updating Perkasie's Comprehensive Plan it was found that two-thirds of Perkasie residents were going outside of the Borough and spending over $10 million per year in doing so. There was a huge pent up demand for dining.
Pomodorino's food is excellent, patrons wait most evenings.
